Women's Triathlon Training

This training is for beginners and will focus on the sprint triathlon distance (300 yard pool swim, 11 mile bike ride, and 3 mile run).  All elements of the sprint triathlon will be covered to ensure all participants will have a successful experience.  The 12-week group training will begin the first week of March.  Participant numbers are very limited to ensure personal attention.  To reserve your spot or for more information contact Lora at 299-1601.  Event preparation: Women of Steel Triathlon May 17, 2008 in American Fork

Indoor Fitness Class

Are you temped to hibernate in the winter?  Don’t be– winter is a great time to get fit with an indoor fitness class.  Come get individualized attention in this unique circuit style fitness class.  Have your own personal trainer for an affordable price.  This is not your usual fitness class.  Come find out for yourself how effective this exercise is for weight loss, body toning and just feeling great!
