Blonde Runner Athlete updates on Facebook

I often write posts about my training on my Blonde Runner Facebook athlete page for those that are interested. Here's my post today:"Since Triathlon Nationals will be held next month (can you believe it?) in hot and humid Vermont I opted to workout later in the morning than usual and also wore a thick long sleeve jersey to mimic the heat. I also am trying to get my body used to tolerating more fluids and nutrition so was quite nauseated for the first 1.5 hours of my workout, then I started to feel better and was able to clock a fairly fast 5K embedded in my long run after many miles prior. Overall it was a good workout. Nationals will be here before I know it and I.must.work.harder, to get where I want to be."Please become a fan. http://www.facebook.com/BlondeRunnerLoraErickson
