After reading about this race I was touched by the kindness and generosity of friends and family to help Charlotte and wanted to encourage Blonde Runner readers to support this cause. Charlotte Gardner was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cervical cancer. Unfortunately, surgery did not completely remove the cancer and she is now facing radiation and chemotherapy. She is a wife and mother of two little boys. As a wife and mother I can’t imagine how difficult this must be to go through for her. Please join in raising funds to cover the costs for her ongoing medical care.
